SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETER

DESCRIPTION:
              If you are passionate about Digital marketing, adventure, sports, travels. We want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing intern and part time to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Online lead generation: Achieve lead targets, via drives through Search Engine Marketing, SMM, Email Marketing, Affiliates, Content Marketing, etc
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights 
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies 
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative marketing campaigns. 
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels 
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

DESIGNER

DESCRIPTION:
              Creatively putting your thoughts into visual effects and keep the passion of learning more about desiging.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Developing design briefs that suit concept
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas, concepts, and developing interactive designs
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time 
  • Presenting finalised ideas and concepts
  • Working with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD) and keeping up to date with emerging technologies
  • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print
  • Commissioning illustrators and photographers

CONTENT WRITER

DESCRIPTION:
              Creative content writing, blogging, articles, news letters, emailing formats etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Content development for all internal & external communication generated by the Marketing department
  • Develop content for marketing collateral including brochures, success stories, white papers, press releases, news items and articles, website content, newsletters and has a great way with words
  • Writing product descriptions(activities/eventstravel), brand support material etc
  • Develop and maintain customer case studies, including liaison with the sales, account management and the practice teams for preparing them
  • Develop content for web site & related corporate sites
  • Develop and write regular newsletters addressed to internal and external customers
  • Develop and maintain corporate and product PowerPoint presentations
  • Develop and maintain the Corporate Communications style guide
  • Should be good with creative writing for supporting Social Media promotions
  • Help in planning and implementing the Marketing editorial calendar

              Needs to be a vivid writer and put ideas, concepts in a simple frame of phrase. Have impeccable grammar, punctuation and command over the language. Have flair to understand the contents or products or process of a company, and present a lucid content of the same for web content / pamphlets /brochures.

  • Passion for sports, adventure, outdoor activities
  • People having certifications from any of the adventure institutes preferred
